This home could accommodate up to 50 children. There is an affiliated transition house for up to eight children. At present DDLRG "Dimcho Debelyanov” houses 49 children. The transition house takes care of six children – four girls and two boys.

The home occupies a former government residence. Over the past five years a number of repairs have been carried out, such as replacing the window sills, laminate flooring and new furnishings. In every room there is cable TV and Internet; there is also a small gym. This home has its own transport vehicles - two school buses. In the last four years the home has been working closely with English non-profit organisation and Hinington College of London.
