The Orthodox Church "St. Archangel Michael", situated at "Zeleno durvo" square in Asenovgrad, is in the process of being constructed.
The first sod was turned on the 10th of June 1996, when the then Metropolitan Arseniy of Plovdiv consecrated the future church.
